Note: To perform a move service the residence must be completely vacant of furniture and power and water must be on. If the home is not completely empty or the utilities are not turned on there may be additional fees for inconvenience.

Our Basic Move-In/Out Residential Maid Service includes the following:

General

  • Dust Sills, Window Ledges & Wall Hangings
  • Clean all Ceiling Fans
  • Dust all Blinds and/or Shutters
  • Dust Baseboards and Door Trim
  • Remove All Cobwebs
  • Clean Light Switches and Door Knobs
  • Pick up & Remove any Trash Left Behind
  • Vacuum all Carpeting
  • Sweep & Mop floors (all hard surfaces)

Bathrooms

  • Scrub & Disinfect Toilets, Tubs & Showers
  • Clean Sinks & Countertops
  • Polish Mirrors & Fixtures
  • Wipe Down all Cabinets
  • Sweep & Mop Floors (all hard surfaces)

Kitchen

  • Scrub & Sanitize Sinks
  • Polish Fixtures
  • Wipe Down Countertops & Cabinets
  • Clean Appliances Exteriors
  • Clean Inside Microwave
  • Sweep & Mop Floors (all hard surfaces)

Our Full Move-In/Out Service will include everything our Basic Move-In/Out does plus the following:

  • Deep clean inside/outside of refrigerator
  • Deep clean inside/outside of oven and stove
  • Clean inside/outside of cabinets and pantry

Note: If you are in need of a Move-Out cleaning on your old residence and a Move-In
cleaning on your new residence, make sure you let us know so we can provide you with a
discount on our exceptional residential maid service.
